We have had it on the Mulberry River in AR quite a few times and have no trouble in the class 2 rapids as well as out on the flat water. We saved nickels and dimes for the past two years to purchase a canoe. Not much more to say about the Adventure 14. There are also some relaxing straight-aways, on the Mad River, ideal for tubing. Although I do not believe I have enough experience to give a full blown review upon initial impression it seems like a very good quality canoe. I have had it for several years. I'd look for another if something were to happen to this one. The next day I called Mad River and told them one of the handles was broken. This is the worse canoe I have ever had. I can handle it but it's never a breeze. I was surprised, it was actually more stable than I had originally thought. Can be used on many makes and models of kayaks, at the users discretion.
